I really enjoyed this experience. From the moment we stepped in the room Kari had a big smile as she ushered us in to was our hands and introduce everyone and the class. This was a solo experience for me and the setup was comfortable to get to know others and not feel awkward. Kari also customized the dish for me by creating a fish meal (she prepped this with the class showing us how versatile the seasoning was and a new way to cook fish) then she also was accommodating to spice levels I love spice 🥵 others not so much. She catered to all and created a wonderful time.
